Volunteer Opportunities
Broadmor PTA is always looking for help with event planning and support, fundraising, photography/video and more. If you would like to help, please email president@broadmorpta.org.
How to become a PTA Volunteer
- To volunteer during school hours, parents or guardians will need to complete a Tempe School District Volunteer Application.
- To volunteer outside of your child’s classroom, in school, before and after-school programs, or will accompany students on a field trip, fingerprint clearance is required.
1. Complete a Parent Volunteer Application, available at Broadmor Elementary School or online at http://www.tempeschools.org/our-schools/volunteers (a new application must be submitted every school year). Return to Broadmor Office or District Office.
2. Be Fingerprinted, if needed. Call the District Office to set an appointment to get fingerprinted. (This fingerprint report is valid for three years.) or go to the Department of Public Safety to get a fingerprint card. (Fingerprint cards are valid for six years.) Make sure you allow adequate time for application processing.
